The exotic dancers’ workout

I don’t care how you feel about exotic dancers but one thing is a fact: they have great bodies. They wouldn’t be able to enter that business if they weren’t fit. While their job is also their workout (if you have never seen a show, you will be amazed at their routine which includes moves that only gymnasts can perform), they also exercise like a pro.
Now a bellydance and exotic dance instructor from New Orleans, Lady Morrighan, has introduced a DVD “The Exotic Dance Workout” that will show you the moves to gain greater muscle control, strength and self-confidence while having a lot of fun.
- In the first section, “Exotic Dance”, viewers will learn traveling steps such as the “model turn” and many other classic exotic dance moves like the “profile wave.”
- In the second section, “Floorwork”, learn how to slink around the floor like a cat. Learn moves such as the “black cat.” Thighs and abs will definitely get a workout while doing the floorwork.
- In the last section, “Chair” learn how to use a regular chair in your own home as a prop. The chair is not only a prop but can be used for stability while deepening movements.
