Beauty secrets of the French women
The book French Women Don’t Get Fat has made the rest of the world feel somewhat inferior to them, but the reality is that they do know something that we don’t. The French may not be as rich as us, but Boy, do they have a better life? They don’t work so many hours, they take long vacation, and while we might feel proud of our 24-7 economy, it comes at a price – we have no time for ourselves.
So what can we learn from the Frenchwomen?

Learn to age gracefully. Old isn’t necessarily unattractive. In fact mature women are hot in France.

French take better care of themselves. All the way from taking their makeup off each night to taking luxurious baths to applying all kinds of creams and lotions on their skin, they know how to indulge themselves. While we shop in Wal-Mart delighted over buying junk made in China, the French buy only the highest quality products when it comes to putting it on their skin. Think La Mer here.

And they love spas. Millions of Americans have no idea what a spa is, but it is a way of life in France.

Less is more. Whether it is personal care products or clothes, the French care for quality more than quantity. Looks like the total opposite of Americans.

Be selective about surgery. What makes a woman look great is when she looks sexy being who she is. Yes, cosmetic surgery may help to some degree, but when overdone it may make you look unreal and artficial – a total turnoff.
