To
the steadily growing list of
injectables and
dermal fillers (Botox,
Sculptra,
Laresse,
Radiesse, Restylane, and
Juvederm), you can now add another name: The
Revanesse family of dermal fillers that includes
Revanesse, Revanesse Ultra and ReDexis (these
products were previously sold as HylaNew, HylaNew
Ultra, and HylaDex). This new family of products
has the highest concentration of Hyaluronic acid
(HA) currently available on the market. According
to the manufacturer, the Revanesse family of
products represents the
future of dermal fillers. (Related:
Placenta beauty products)

These fillers have
many other benefits over their competitors. Most
notably, they are the only fillers that will
hydrate and revitalize the skin due to the large
concentration of both cross-linked and non-cross
linked Hyaluronic acid in the products. Used to
create
luscious, smooth, full lips, for both men and
women, Revanesse Ultra looks and feels natural and
can last last up to 12 months. Revanesse adds
volume to
facial wrinkles, is easy to inject and much
more exacting and malleable than other HA
products. They use a pliable smooth gel that flows
easily into the skin, creating a natural look and
feel. These unique qualities provide optimal
results with a single treatment in the majority of
patients.

ReDexis which
stimulates a process called Collegenesis is unique
among dermal fillers. It contains a substance
called Sephadex (cross-linked sugar molecules)
that are magnetically charged to attract
Collagen and Elastin to the implant site. This
stimulates new tissue, which in turn helps the
body naturally bulk up the area treated. Results
with this filler can last up to 18 months and the
company plans to introduce another product to the
line with more Sephadex that can last up to two
years. Recently it has come to light that the
product is also excellent for
adding bulk to the balls of the feet,
replacing the fat that diminishes in some
patients. |
